Shipping Policy

Shipping Within South Africa

Halo Garage currently ships exclusively within South Africa.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days from the date payment is received and confirmed.

Please note that dispatch times may vary depending on product availability, order volume and supplier lead times.

If we anticipate any delays with your order, our team will contact you directly and keep you updated throughout the process.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within:

* Major metropolitan areas: approximately 4–7 business days
* Regional or outlying areas: delivery times may vary depending on location

While we strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

* The weight and size of your order
* The delivery destination
* The shipping category of the products purchased

Certain products, such as lighting systems and tyres, may carry different shipping rates due to their size, weight or handling requirements.

The final shipping cost will always be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Nankang Tyres


All Nankang tyre orders include free nationwide shipping within South Africa. Tyres are dispatched directly from our distribution partner to ensure efficient delivery nationwide. Delivery times are typically between 5–7 business days and remain subject to stock availability and destination.

Courier Partners

Halo Garage uses reputable courier partners to deliver orders safely and efficiently throughout South Africa.

Courier partners may vary depending on the destination, order size and product type.

Order Tracking

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Should you require assistance tracking your order, please contact us and we will gladly assist.

Multiple Product Orders

Where possible, all items within an order will be dispatched together.

In certain circumstances, orders containing multiple product categories may be shipped separately. Should this occur, customers will be notified accordingly.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, customers must notify Halo Garage within 48 hours of delivery.

When reporting shipping damage, please include:

* Photographs of the damaged product
* Photographs of the external packaging
* Your order number

Failure to report shipping damage within this period may affect our ability to process claims with our courier partners.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Halo Garage cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

Refused or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect information or refusal of delivery, Halo Garage will work with the customer to arrange a suitable resolution.

Additional delivery time may apply in these circumstances.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

From time to time, Halo Garage may offer selected products on a pre-order basis.

Estimated lead times for pre-order products will be communicated on the relevant product pages.

Should any pre-order timelines change, affected customers will be notified as soon as possible.
