Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. This policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged or refunded, together with important information regarding lighting kits, tyres and special order products.

Returns Eligibility

Halo Garage accepts eligible return requests within 7 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Be returned in their original packaging.
  • Remain sealed where applicable.
  • Be suitable for resale.

Returns requested outside of this period may not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind regarding a purchase, Halo Garage may accept a return provided that:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, uninstalled and unopened.
  • The product remains sealed where applicable.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging and condition.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with change of mind returns.

Lighting Kits

Due to the nature of modular lighting systems, Halo Garage will only accept returns on lighting kits that remain unopened, unused and sealed.

Lighting kits that have been:

  • Opened
  • Installed
  • Assembled
  • Modified
  • Partially installed

cannot be returned unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.

Please inspect your lighting kit before installation.

Faulty Lighting Components

If a lighting component is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, Halo Garage will assess the issue and may provide a replacement component where appropriate.

Customers may be required to provide photographs or videos to assist with troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.

Products damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, modification or external factors are not considered manufacturing defects.

Tyres

Tyres may only be returned if they are:

  • Unused.
  • Unfitted.
  • Unmounted.
  • Returned in the same condition in which they were supplied.

Tyres that have been fitted, mounted, driven on or otherwise used cannot be returned.

Tyres used for motorsport, track driving, competition or similar activities are non-returnable once used.

Special Orders & Pre-Orders

Products sourced specifically for a customer, custom-built products, special orders and pre-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.

Please ensure that all product specifications and requirements are confirmed before placing your order.

Sale Items

Sale, clearance and promotional items may only be returned if they are defective due to a manufacturing fault.

Sale items cannot be returned for change of mind purposes.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Installed lighting kits.
  • Used tyres.
  • Products damaged through incorrect installation.
  • Products damaged through misuse, abuse or neglect.
  • Custom, special order or pre-order products.
  • Products not returned in their original condition.

Refund Processing

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, Halo Garage will notify the customer regarding the outcome of the return request.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for approved refunds to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
